2. Safety Information

• Overheat Protection: The heater is equipped with an internal sensor that automatically shuts off the unit if it detects overheating.
• Tip-Over Protection: An integrated safety switch will turn off the heater if it is accidentally knocked over.
• Flame-Retardant Materials: Constructed with V-0 flame-retardant materials for enhanced safety.
• Child Lock: The touch panel includes a child lock feature to prevent unintended changes to settings.
• Ensure the heater is placed on a stable, level surface or securely mounted to a wall.

4. Setup and Installation

The Encyclpo Smart Wall Heater offers both floor-mounted and wall-mounted installation options.

4.1 Floor-Mounted Installation

1. Ensure the heater is placed on a flat, stable surface.
2. Extend the retractable feet located at the bottom of the unit for stability.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

4.2 Wall-Mounted Installation

1. Choose a suitable wall location, ensuring it is away from flammable materials and has a power outlet nearby.
2. Use the provided spirit level and mounting template (if included) to mark the drilling points on the wall.
3. Drill holes and insert wall anchors.
4. Secure the mounting bracket (if separate) or the heater directly to the wall using the provided screws.
5. Ensure the heater is securely fastened before plugging it in.

Wi-Fi Connection: The heater is compatible with 2.4G wireless networks only. Please ensure your router is set to 2.4G or that you are connected to a 2.4G network during setup for wireless control via the app.

The Encyclpo Smart Wall Heater offers multiple convenient control methods.

5.1 Control Methods

• Touch Panel: Directly adjust settings using the intuitive touch display on the unit.
• Remote Control: Use the included remote to control the heater from a distance.
• Wireless (App) Control: Download the dedicated app to your smartphone for advanced control, scheduling, and remote preheating. The app also supports voice control via Alexa.

5.2 Operating Modes

The heater features three primary operating modes:

• Heat Mode (P1-P9): Provides rapid heating with 9 adjustable power levels (P1 being lowest, P9 being highest).
• Auto Mode: The heater automatically adjusts its operation to maintain a set temperature between 41°F and 95°F, with 1°F increments.
• Sleep/ECO Mode: Designed for gentle night heating, operating at an ultra-quiet 0-15dB once the set temperature is reached, and optimizing for energy efficiency.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or allow water to drip into the heater.
• Storage: If storing the heater for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a cool, dry place.
• Air Inlet/Outlet: Periodically check and clean any dust or debris from the air inlets and outlets to maintain efficient airflow.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Encyclpo Smart Wall Heater, refer to the following common solutions:

• Heater not turning on:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
  • Verify that the tip-over switch or overheat protection has not been activated. Reset by unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in.
• No heat output:
  • Confirm the heater is in Heat mode and the temperature setting is higher than the ambient room temperature.
  • Check for any obstructions blocking the air inlets or outlets.
• Wi-Fi connection issues:
  • Ensure your smartphone and the heater are connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network. The heater does not support 5G networks.
  • Restart your router and the heater, then attempt to reconnect via the app.
  • Ensure the heater is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
• Unusual noise:
  • While designed for quiet operation, minor sounds during initial use or mode changes are normal. If persistent or loud, ensure the unit is on a stable surface or securely mounted.
