1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the safe and effective use of your DEECOZY Electric Heating Pad, Model HN-CK30x60. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

Intended Use: The DEECOZY Electric Heating Pad is designed to provide soothing heat for temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with muscle stiffness, menstrual cramps, back pain, and rheumatic joint complaints. It can be applied to the back, waist, abdomen, shoulders, and feet.

2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, and injury, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions:

  • Always disconnect the heating pad from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
  • Do not fold, crumple, or curl the heating pad during operation. Ensure it is laid flat.
  • Do not use while sleeping.
  • Do not use on infants, incapacitated individuals, or persons insensitive to heat.
  • Avoid using pins or other metallic objects with the heating pad.
  • Do not use if the heating pad or power cord appears damaged. Inspect regularly for wear or damage.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Consult a physician before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker.
  • Do not use this device with liniment, salve, or ointment preparations, as skin burns could result.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack all components and ensure they are intact and free from visible damage.
  2. Connect the control unit to the heating pad securely. Ensure the connector is fully inserted.
  3. Lay the heating pad flat on the desired body area. Ensure it is not folded or crumpled before plugging it into a power outlet.
  4. The heating pad features an adjustable hook-and-loop fastener for a comfortable and secure fit around various body parts such as the back, waist, or shoulders. Adjust the belt to your comfort.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your DEECOZY Electric Heating Pad:

  1. Plug the power cable into a standard electrical outlet (110-240V).
  2. Press the Power Button (Power button icon on controller) on the control unit to turn on the heating pad. The LED display will illuminate.
  3. Temperature Settings: Use the Temperature Adjustment Button (Temperature adjustment button icon on controller) to select one of 9 temperature levels. The temperature ranges from 30°C to 65°C (86°F to 150°F). The current level will be displayed on the LED screen.
  4. Timer Function: Use the Timer Button (Timer button icon on controller) to set the automatic shut-off time. Choose from 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours. The selected timer duration will be indicated on the control unit. The device will automatically turn off after the set time to prevent overheating and conserve energy.
  5. To turn off the heating pad manually, press the Power Button again.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your heating pad:

  1. Always disconnect the heating pad from the power supply and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Machine Washable: The heating pad is machine washable. Remove the control unit and power cable before washing.
  3. Wash by hand or machine wash on a gentle cycle with water not exceeding 30°C (86°F).
  4. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean the heating pad.
  5. After washing, lay the heating pad flat to air dry completely. Do not fold or wring it.
  6. Ensure the heating pad is completely dry before reconnecting the control unit and storing or using it again.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your heating pad, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Heat:
    • Check if the power cable is securely plugged into the outlet and the control unit is properly connected to the heating pad.
    • Ensure the power button has been pressed and a temperature level is selected.
    • If the device has automatically shut off, it may be due to the timer expiring or an overheating protection activation. Unplug the device, wait a few minutes, and try again.
  • Inconsistent Heat:
    • Ensure the heating pad is laid flat and not folded or crumpled, which can affect heat distribution.
