4. Setup (Installation)

- Drill Holes and Insert Plugs: Drill holes at the marked locations. Insert the plastic plugs into the drilled holes.
- Install Mounting Screws: Fix the upper mounting screws into the plastic plugs, leaving enough space to hang the unit.
- Hang the Water Heater: Carefully lift and hang the water heater onto the upper mounting screws.
- Secure Lower Mounting: Insert the lower mounting screws into the plastic plugs and tighten all screws to secure the unit firmly to the wall.
- Connect Water Heater Service Valves: Remove protective covers from the water heater's inlet and outlet ports. Wrap PTFE tape around the pipe openings. Install the water heater service valves (red for hot outlet, blue for cold inlet) and secure them with a wrench.
- Connect Water and Gas Pipes: Wrap PTFE tape around the threads of the outlet pipe, gas pipe, and inlet pipe. Connect them to the corresponding service valves and secure with a wrench.
- Install Flue Pipe: Connect the flue pipe to the top exhaust port of the water heater. Ensure a secure and airtight connection, tightening with a tool if necessary.
- Electrical Connection: Plug the water heater into a standard 120V household power outlet.
