Modbus-RTU Protocol Details:

The meter supports standard Modbus-RTU protocol. The communication parameters (address, baud rate, data format) must be configured correctly to match the master device. The image also shows a table of Modbus register addresses for various parameters (e.g., F0-0, F0-1, F1-0, etc.) which can be read or written via Modbus commands.

For detailed Modbus register addresses and functions, refer to the provided diagram (Figure 5.1) or the official Modbus communication guide for this device. Example: To read F0-0, use Modbus function code 03 (Read Holding Registers) with the corresponding address.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the meter's display and casing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Environment: Ensure the meter is operated within its specified environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) to prolong its lifespan.
  • Connections: Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and ensure they are free from corrosion.
  • Calibration: If accuracy issues are suspected, refer to the parameter settings for input offset and gain adjustment, or consult a qualified technician for recalibration.
