Setup
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Clean the frother jug and whisks with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the power base in water.
- Place the power base on a dry, flat, and stable surface.
- Ensure the correct whisk is installed for your desired function:
- For frothing (hot or cold), use the whisk with the coil.
- For heating milk only (no froth), use the whisk without the coil.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
For best results, use whole milk (fat content > 3%) chilled to 5-10°C (41-50°F).
1. Hot Milk Froth (for Cappuccinos, Lattes)
- Ensure the frothing whisk (with coil) is securely placed at the bottom of the jug.
- Pour milk into the frother jug, ensuring it is between the MIN and the lower MAX line (Max frothing capacity: 3.71 oz / 110 ml).
- Place the lid on the frother.
- Press the bottom button (with heat waves icon) once. The indicator light will turn red, and the frother will start.
- The frother will automatically stop when the milk reaches the optimal temperature and froth consistency (approx. 1-2 minutes).
- Pour the hot frothed milk into your beverage.

2. Cold Milk Froth (for Iced Lattes, Cold Brew)
- Ensure the frothing whisk (with coil) is securely placed at the bottom of the jug.
- Pour milk into the frother jug, ensuring it is between the MIN and the lower MAX line (Max frothing capacity: 3.71 oz / 110 ml).
- Place the lid on the frother.
- Press the top button (with snowflake icon) once. The indicator light will turn blue, and the frother will start.
- The frother will automatically stop when the cold froth is ready.
- Pour the cold frothed milk into your beverage.

3. Heating Milk (without Froth)
- Remove the frothing whisk and replace it with the heating whisk (without coil).
- Pour milk into the frother jug, ensuring it is between the MIN and the upper MAX line (Max heating capacity: 8.11 oz / 240 ml).
- Place the lid on the frother.
- Press the bottom button (with heat waves icon) once. The indicator light will turn red, and the frother will start.
- The frother will automatically stop when the milk is heated to the optimal temperature.
- Pour the hot milk into your beverage.

Note: Due to overheat protection, the frother needs to cool down to approximately 52°C (125.6°F) before it can be used again for heating functions.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your frother.
- Always unplug the frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove the lid and whisks from the frother jug.
- Wash the frother jug interior and whisks with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly.
- Important: Do not immerse the frother jug exterior or the power base in water. Do not let water infiltrate the bottom button or circuit board when cleaning. Wipe the exterior of the frother jug with a damp cloth.
- Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
- Do not wash any parts in a dishwasher. Hand wash only.
