2.2. Inflation (Foot Pump Method)

The mat features a built-in foot pump for easy inflation. No external pump is required.

  2. Open the air pump valve (the larger valve) by lifting the cap.
  3. Place your foot over the pump area and press down repeatedly. Lift your foot completely between presses to allow air to be drawn into the pump.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1. Mat Does Not Inflate Fully

  • Check Valves: Ensure both the inflation valve and the air release valve are fully closed before starting inflation.
  • Foot Pump Technique: Make sure you are lifting your foot completely between presses to allow the pump to draw in air.
  • Obstructions: Check the pump area for any debris that might be blocking airflow.

5.2. Mat Deflates Quickly

  • Valve Closure: Ensure all valves are securely closed after inflation. The air release valve has a double-layer design; make sure both layers are sealed.
  • Punctures: Inspect the mat for any punctures or small holes. Use the included repair tape to patch any detected leaks.
  • Normal Pressure Drop: This type of air mat is not completely airtight like a tire. A slight pressure drop over 24 hours is normal. If used for consecutive days, re-inflate as needed.
