3. Product Overview

The Mingdaln Smart Watch features a 1.57-inch curved HD full-touch display, offering clear visuals and responsive interaction. Its ultra-thin design ensures comfort during extended wear.

4. Setup

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power adapter (not included). The watch will display a charging indicator.

4.2. App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full functionality of your smartwatch, download and install the FitCloudPro app on your smartphone.

1. Download App: Scan the QR code displayed on the watch screen or search for "FitCloudPro" in your phone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open App & Search: Open the FitCloudPro app, navigate to the device section, and tap to search for new devices. Select "G7" (or the specific device name displayed) from the list to connect.
4. Confirm Pairing: Follow any on-screen prompts on both your phone and watch to confirm the pairing.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Navigation

The smartwatch features a full-touch screen for easy navigation:

• Swipe Up/Down: Scroll through menus and notifications.
• Swipe Left/Right: Access quick functions or different data screens.
• Tap: Select an item or confirm an action.
• Press Side Button: Return to the home screen or power on/off.

5.2. Bluetooth Calling and Notifications

Once paired with your smartphone, the smartwatch supports Bluetooth calls and displays notifications.

• Answer/Make Calls: Use the watch to answer incoming calls or dial numbers directly from the call log or contacts synced from your phone.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

Regularly clean your smartwatch and straps to prevent skin irritation and maintain functionality. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and watch body. For silicone straps, mild soap and water can be used. Ensure the watch is dry before wearing.

6.2. Water Resistance (IP68)

The Mingdaln Smart Watch is IP68 rated, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing, rain, and shallow swimming. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or diving, as steam and high water pressure can compromise the seals.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your smartwatch, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and a power source for at least 30 minutes.
• Unable to pair with phone:
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Ensure the watch is within Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters).
  • Restart both your phone and the smartwatch.
  • Check if the FitCloudPro app has necessary permissions enabled on your phone.
• Notifications not appearing:
  • Verify that notifications are enabled in the FitCloudPro app settings.
  • Ensure the watch is connected via Bluetooth.
  • Check your phone's notification settings to allow the FitCloudPro app to send notifications.
• Inaccurate health data:
  • Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose.
  • Avoid excessive movement during measurements.
  • Note that the watch is not a medical device; readings are for reference only.
• Short battery life:
  • Reduce screen brightness.
  • Disable continuous heart rate monitoring if not needed.
  • Limit the number of apps sending notifications to the watch.
