1. Introduction
The TerraVolt IEE P3200 is a high-capacity portable power station designed to provide reliable power for various applications, including home backup, outdoor camping, and RV use. With a 2048Wh capacity and 3200W AC output (6400W peak), it can power a wide range of appliances. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your IEE P3200 Solar Generator.

2. Safety Instructions
Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the IEE P3200. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the unit. Incorrect reassembly may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not expose the unit to fire or extreme temperatures (above 60°C/140°F).
- Do not use or store the unit in a bathroom or in an area exposed to water or moisture.
- Do not use the unit if it is damaged or has been dropped.
- Ensure proper ventilation during use and charging. Do not block ventilation openings.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Use only approved accessories and charging cables.
- In case of fire, use a dry powder fire extinguisher. Water may cause electric shock.

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the IEE P3200. Connect the AC charging cable to the power station and then to a wall outlet. The display will show the charging status. The unit supports 1800W fast AC charging, reaching 0-100% in approximately 1 hour.
4.2 Connecting Solar Panels
To charge using solar power, connect the solar charging cable to the solar panels and then to the solar input port on the IEE P3200. Position the solar panels in direct sunlight for optimal charging efficiency. The unit supports up to 1000W solar input.

4.3 App Control Setup
Download the official TerraVolt app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your IEE P3200 via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The app allows you to monitor battery status, control input/output functions, and customize charging speeds.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the main power button for a few seconds to turn the unit on or off. The LCD display will illuminate, showing battery level and output information.
5.2 Using Output Ports
The IEE P3200 features 16 versatile output ports:
- 4x 3200W AC Outlets: For household appliances, power tools, etc.
- 4x USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 Ports: For fast charging compatible smartphones and tablets.
- 4x USB-C PD Ports (2x30W, 2x100W): For charging laptops, modern smartphones, and other USB-C devices.
- 2x DC5525 Ports (13.2V/8A): For DC-powered devices.
- 2x Car Sockets (24V/10A, 13.2V/10A): For car accessories.
To use an output port, ensure the unit is powered on, then connect your device. For AC outlets, you may need to press the AC ON/OFF button to activate them.

5.3 Emergency Power Supply (EPS) Functionality
The IEE P3200 features an EPS function for uninterrupted power during outages. Connect the power station between a wall outlet and your device. When grid power is available, the device draws power directly. In the event of a power outage, the unit automatically switches to battery power in under 0.01 seconds. In EPS mode (U.S. standard), the maximum AC output is limited to 1800W (120V, 15A). If this limit is exceeded, the AC output icon will flash to indicate overload.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the unit with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure all ports are free of dust and debris.
6.2 Storage
Store the IEE P3200 in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to discharge the battery to 30% and recharge to 80% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
6.3 Battery Care
The unit is equipped with a LiFePO₄ battery, offering over 4,000 charge cycles. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) and Micro Control Unit (MCU) monitor cell voltage and temperature for optimal performance and safety. Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to maximize its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your IEE P3200, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to an AC outlet for charging.
- No output from ports: Check if the specific output (AC, DC, USB) is activated. Some outputs have dedicated ON/OFF buttons. Ensure devices are properly connected.
- Slow charging: Verify that the charging source (AC, solar, car) is providing sufficient power. For solar charging, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and free from obstructions. Check cable connections.
- Overload warning: Reduce the number or wattage of connected devices. The unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage if overloaded.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is enabled on your smartphone and the unit. Try restarting both the app and the power station.
