1. Important Safety Information
Read and understand all instructions before using the VEVOR Folding Saw Horses. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Maximum Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 440 lbs (200 kg) per pair of saw horses. Overloading can cause collapse and injury.
- Stable Surface: Always use the saw horses on a flat, stable, and level surface. Uneven ground can lead to instability and tipping.
- Secure Workpiece: Ensure the workpiece is securely placed and stable on the saw horses before beginning any work.
- Proper Assembly: Assemble the saw horses completely and correctly before use. Verify all locking mechanisms are engaged.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Wear appropriate safety gear, such as safety glasses and gloves, when working with tools and materials on the saw horses.
- Children and Bystanders: Keep children and bystanders away from the work area.
- Inspect Before Use: Before each use, inspect the saw horses for any signs of damage, wear, or loose parts. Do not use if damaged.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present before assembly.
- 2 x VEVOR Folding Saw Horses
- 1 x Accessory Kit (for assembly)
- 1 x User Manual
3. Assembly Instructions
The VEVOR Folding Saw Horses require some assembly. Please follow these steps carefully. Tools required: 10mm and 8mm wrenches (not included).
- Unpack all components from the box and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Identify the main frame components, adjustable legs, and connecting bars.
- Attach the adjustable leg extensions to the main saw horse frame using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely with the appropriate wrenches.
- Connect any cross-bracing or support bars as indicated in the assembly diagram (refer to the included accessory kit instructions if specific diagrams are provided).
- Once assembled, ensure all latches and locking mechanisms for the legs are fully engaged to prevent accidental collapse during use. It is recommended to double-check these latches for secure engagement.

4. Operating Instructions
These saw horses are designed for supporting workpieces during cutting, grinding, and other tasks, and can be used to create a temporary workbench.
4.1. Adjusting Height
The saw horses feature a 7-level height adjustment mechanism to accommodate different users and tasks.
- Locate the height adjustment pins on the adjustable leg extensions.
- Press the release mechanism (if applicable) and slide the inner leg up or down to the desired height.
- Ensure the adjustment pin fully engages in one of the 7 pre-drilled holes to lock the leg securely in place. Verify both saw horses are set to the same height for stability.
Figure 4.1: A hand is shown engaging the mechanism for 7-level height adjustments, suitable for various user heights and tasks. The height adjustment range is 31.50-51.18 inches (800-1300 mm).
4.2. Setting Up as a Workbench
For a stable work platform, two saw horses can be used in conjunction with a sturdy board.
- Place two saw horses parallel to each other at an appropriate distance for your workpiece.
- Ensure both saw horses are adjusted to the same height and are stable on the ground.
- Place a robust wooden board or similar flat surface across the top of the saw horses to create a temporary workbench.
- Always distribute weight evenly across the workbench and do not exceed the combined load capacity.
4.3. Load Capacity and Stability
Each saw horse is designed to support up to 440 lbs (200 kg). The all-metal structure with thickened steel tubes and a triangular frame enhances stability.
- The non-slip rubber foot pads provide enhanced grip on various surfaces, including mud, gravel, or slopes, reducing the risk of sliding.
- Always ensure the saw horses are fully extended and locked before placing any load.

5. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your saw horses.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the saw horses with a damp cloth after each use to remove dust, sawdust, and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, nuts, and locking mechanisms for tightness. Tighten any loose fasteners. Check for any signs of rust, cracks, bends, or other damage to the steel frame.
- Rust and Wear Protection: The saw horses are finished with a rust-resistant and scratch-resistant coating. If the coating is damaged, consider applying a rust-inhibiting paint to prevent corrosion.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the saw horses for compact storage. Store them in a dry place to protect them from moisture and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting
- Saw Horses Feel Unstable:
- Ensure all assembly bolts are securely tightened.
- Verify that the height adjustment pins are fully engaged in their respective holes on both saw horses.
- Check that the saw horses are placed on a firm, level surface.
- Inspect the leg latches that lock the legs in place when opened. Ensure they are fully engaged. If they seem loose, a small bolt or pin can be inserted through a drilled hole above them for added security during use.
- Difficulty Adjusting Height:
- Ensure no weight is on the saw horse when attempting to adjust the height.
- Check for any debris or obstructions in the adjustment holes or sliding mechanism.
