7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Tracker Not Connecting/Pairing
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.
- Make sure the KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag is within close proximity to your iOS device during pairing.
- Check the battery. A low or dead battery can prevent connection. Replace if necessary.
- Restart your iOS device and try pairing again.
7.2. No Sound When Playing Alert
- Ensure the tracker is within Bluetooth range of your iOS device.
- Check the battery level. A very low battery might not have enough power for the speaker.
- Verify that the sound is enabled in the Find My app for the specific item.
7.3. Inaccurate Location
- Location accuracy depends on the Find My network. In areas with fewer Apple devices, location updates might be less frequent.
- Ensure your iOS device has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) for accurate map updates.
