3.1. Display Control Unit

The display control unit features a 1.8-inch high-brightness true color LCD screen and silicone buttons with indicator lights for clear operation and status indication.

3.2. Main Power Board

5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the power supply and display unit from its packaging.
  2. Connections:
    • Connect the input power source (DC 6-36V) to the IN+ (positive) and IN- (negative) terminals on the main power board. Ensure correct polarity.
    • Connect the load to the OUT+ (positive) and OUT- (negative) terminals.
    • Connect the display control unit to the main power board using the provided cable.
  3. Initial Power On: Ensure all connections are secure. Flip the hard power switch on the main board to the ON position. The display unit should power on.

6.1. Button Functions

  • V-SET Button:
    • Short Press: Set voltage.
    • Long Press: Quickly access data group M1.
  • I-SET Button:
    • Short Press: Set current.
    • Long Press: Enter or exit, quickly access the data group interface.
  • SW Button:
    • Short Press: Enter shortcut settings.
    • Long Press: Rotate the screen display in four directions.
  • Encoder Button (Rotary Knob):
    • Short Press: Shift between digits when setting values.
    • Long Press: Lock button to prevent accidental changes.
    • Rotate: Adjust values (voltage, current, settings).
  • ON/OFF (Power) Button:
    • Short Press: Turn on/off power output.
    • Long Press: Shut down the device.

6.2. Setting Voltage and Current

  1. Press the V-SET button to enter voltage setting mode. The voltage value on the display will blink.
  2. Rotate the Encoder Button to adjust the desired voltage value.
  3. Short press the Encoder Button to shift the active digit (e.g., from units to tens, or decimal places).
  4. Once the desired voltage is set, press the V-SET button again to confirm and exit voltage setting mode.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 using the I-SET button to set the desired current limit.
  6. After setting both voltage and current, short press the ON/OFF button to enable the power output. The indicator light on the ON/OFF button will turn green.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
