5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Battery

The HERZO Electric Stapler Nailer features a built-in 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery, providing cordless convenience. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

  1. Ensure the tool's power switch is in the "OFF" position.
  2. Connect the supplied USB Type-C charging cable to the USB-C interface on the tool.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
  4. The LED indicator will show the charging status:

  5. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

Important: Do not use the stapler/nailer while it is charging.

5.2 Loading Staples or Nails

This tool is compatible with U-shaped staples (6-10mm / 1/4"-3/8") and T-shaped nails (10mm / 3/8").

  1. Ensure the tool is turned OFF and disconnected from any charger.
  2. Locate the magazine release latch at the bottom rear of the tool.
  3. Press the latch and pull out the magazine pusher rod.
  4. Insert a strip of staples or nails into the magazine with the points facing downwards. Ensure they are correctly seated.

  5. Push the pusher rod back into the magazine until it locks securely.

6. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation:

  1. Prepare Work Area: Ensure your workpiece is stable and secure. Wear appropriate safety gear, including eye protection.
  2. Turn On Tool: Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The LED indicator should light up.
  3. Position Tool: Place the nose of the stapler/nailer firmly against the material where you want to drive the fastener. The safety striker guard must be fully depressed.
  4. Fire Fastener: Squeeze the trigger to drive a staple or nail. The LED indicator will turn green when ready to fire.
  5. Check Results: Inspect the driven fastener. Adjust pressure or technique if needed.

  6. Turn Off Tool: When finished, flip the power switch to the "OFF" position and store the tool safely.
