4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Charging the Battery

  1. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
  2. Connect the charging cable to the battery and a suitable power source.
  3. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. Disconnect once fully charged.

4.2 Assembling the Pressure Washer

  1. Attach Battery: Slide the charged 21V battery into the base of the main pressure washer unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Connect Water Pipe: Attach one end of the water pipe to the quick connector. Insert the filter onto the other end of the water pipe.
  3. Connect to Unit: Connect the quick connector to the water inlet port on the pressure washer unit. Ensure a tight fit.
  4. Attach Extension Rod: Screw the metal extension rod onto the front of the pressure washer unit.
  5. Select Nozzle: Choose either the fan-shaped spray nozzle or the linear spray nozzle based on your cleaning task. Push the selected nozzle onto the end of the metal extension rod until it locks.
  6. Optional Foam Pot: For foam application, fill the foam pot with appropriate cleaning solution and attach it directly to the pressure washer unit or the extension rod, depending on the design.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Prepare Water Source: Place the filter end of the water pipe into a bucket of clean water or connect it to a garden hose using the appropriate adapter (if included).
  2. Prime the Pump: Before starting, hold the trigger for a few seconds to allow water to flow through the system and expel any air.
  3. Start Cleaning: Press the power button or pull the trigger to activate the pressure washer. Direct the spray towards the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance.
  4. Adjust Nozzle: Change nozzles as needed for different cleaning tasks. The fan-shaped nozzle is suitable for general washing, while the linear nozzle provides a concentrated stream for stubborn dirt.
  5. Stop Operation: Release the trigger to stop the water flow. For extended breaks, turn off the power button.

5.2 Using the Foam Pot

  1. Fill the foam pot with a suitable car wash soap or cleaning solution. Do not overfill.
  2. Attach the foam pot to the pressure washer unit or extension rod.
  3. Activate the pressure washer. The unit will draw the solution and create foam for pre-washing or deep cleaning.
  4. After applying foam, switch back to a water-only setup to rinse the surface thoroughly.
