Setup Instructions
The Luna Window Camera is designed for quick and easy installation without drilling.
- Clean the Glass: Wipe down both sides of the window glass where the camera will be mounted. Ensure the surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion and clear viewing.
- Stick the Mount: Select a magnetic mounting ring that best fits your window. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the magnetic mount and firmly press it onto the clean glass surface from the inside of your home.
- Attach the Camera: Plug the USB cable into the camera and then into the charger. Magnetically snap the camera onto the magnetic mount on the window. Ensure the camera lens is facing outwards.
- Connect in App: Download the 'Luna AI' app from your smartphone's app store. Open the app, create an account, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 network. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).

Operating Your Camera
Mobile App Monitoring
Access live video, receive smart alerts, and control your camera directly from the Luna AI app on your smartphone. The app allows you to monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously.

Smart GenAI Motion Detection
The camera is equipped with AI-powered detection for humans, vehicles, and general motion. It provides descriptive alerts, such as "person approaching" or "vehicle passing by," rather than generic motion notifications. This feature requires a subscription after a free trial period.

Color Night Vision
Enjoy clear 2K visuals even in low-light conditions with advanced color night vision. This ensures you capture details in full color, providing a clearer picture of events at night.

Two-Way Audio
The camera supports two-way audio, allowing you to hear sounds from the monitored area and speak through the camera's speaker using the app.
Secure Cloud Recording
Footage from detected events is securely stored in the cloud (subscription required), allowing you to review, share, and respond to events anytime via the Luna AI app.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and the glass surface it's mounted on with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality.
- Firmware Updates: Keep your camera's firmware updated through the Luna AI app to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features.
- Power Supply: Ensure the camera remains continuously powered for uninterrupted monitoring.
Troubleshooting
- Camera Offline: Check your Wi-Fi connection and ensure the camera is powered on. Restart the camera by unplugging and re-plugging it. Verify your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens and the window glass. Ensure there are no obstructions. Check the app settings for resolution adjustments.
- Motion Detection Issues: Adjust the detection sensitivity in the app settings (low, medium, high). Define or refine activity zones to focus on specific areas. Ensure your subscription is active for advanced AI detection features.
- Mounting Issues: If the magnetic mount is not holding firmly, ensure the glass surface is thoroughly cleaned and dry before re-applying the adhesive.
