2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or tapes. Inspect the appliance for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
2.2 Placement
Position the refrigerator in its desired location. Ensure the surface is level and stable. Allow at least 10 cm of clearance from walls and other objects for proper ventilation. The power cable length is 190 cm.

2.3 Leveling and Stability
The refrigerator is equipped with four casters for easy movement. Two of these casters have brakes. Once the unit is in its final position, engage the brakes on the two casters to ensure stability and prevent unintended movement.

2.4 Shelf Installation
The unit comes with 8 adjustable shelves. Insert the shelves into the desired support rails inside the cabinet. Ensure they are securely seated before placing items on them. The shelves can be rearranged to accommodate various bottle and can sizes.

2.5 Power Connection
After placement and leveling, allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it into the power outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Connect the appliance to a dedicated 230V, 50Hz power supply with a Type F plug.
3. Operation
3.1 Initial Startup
Once plugged in, the refrigerator will begin to cool. The digital temperature display will show the current internal temperature. Allow the unit to run empty for several hours to reach the desired operating temperature before loading with beverages.
3.2 Temperature Control
The GastroHero Eco 630 maintains a temperature range of +2°C to +8°C. Use the digital temperature control panel to set your desired temperature. Refer to the control panel diagram (Figure 4) for specific button functions. The forced air circulation system ensures uniform cold air distribution.

3.3 Lighting Control
The integrated LED interior lighting can be controlled separately. Locate the light switch, typically near the control panel or on the top front of the unit, to turn the lights on or off as needed for optimal product presentation.

3.4 Loading the Refrigerator
When loading beverages, ensure that items do not block the internal air vents or obstruct the sliding doors. Proper air circulation is crucial for maintaining consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet. Arrange items to allow for easy access and visibility.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your appliance.
4.1 Cleaning
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the refrigerator from the power outlet.
- Interior: Clean the interior regularly with a mild detergent and warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals that could damage surfaces.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
- Condenser Coils: Periodically clean the condenser coils (located at the back or bottom of the unit) with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. This improves cooling efficiency.
4.2 Defrosting
The GastroHero Eco 630 features an automatic defrost system. This means that ice buildup on the evaporator coils is periodically melted and drained away, eliminating the need for manual defrosting under normal operating conditions.
4.3 Gasket Care
Keep the door gaskets clean and free of food particles or debris. A clean, pliable gasket ensures a tight seal, preventing cold air loss and maintaining energy efficiency. If gaskets become stiff or damaged, they may need replacement.
