Operating Instructions
Hydraulic Lift Storage System
The bed frame features a hydraulic lift system for easy access to under-bed storage. This system is designed to assist in lifting mattresses up to 160 lbs.
- To Open: Grasp the fabric pull handle located at the foot of the bed. Gently lift upwards. The hydraulic pistons will assist in raising the mattress platform smoothly.
- To Close: Apply gentle downward pressure on the mattress platform until the hydraulic pistons fully retract and the platform rests securely on the frame. Ensure no items are obstructing the closing mechanism.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your stasado bed frame.
- Upholstery Cleaning: For general cleaning, gently vacuum the upholstered surfaces with a soft brush attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, consult a professional upholstery cleaner or use a mild fabric cleaner according to its instructions, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
- Hydraulic System: Periodically check the hydraulic pistons for smooth operation. Ensure there is no debris obstructing the mechanism. Do not apply lubricants unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
- LED Lights: The LED lights are designed for long-term use. If a light strip malfunctions, contact customer support for replacement options. Avoid exposing the light strip to excessive moisture.
- Charging Station: Keep the USB ports free of dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the surface. Do not insert foreign objects into the ports.
- Hardware Check: Every few months, inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose connections to maintain the bed frame's stability.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your bed frame, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bed frame is wobbly or squeaks. | Loose hardware; uneven assembly. | Ensure all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Check that the frame is assembled squarely on a level surface. |
| Hydraulic lift system is difficult to open/close or does not stay open. | Mattress weight exceeds capacity; hydraulic pistons are faulty or incorrectly installed. | Verify mattress weight is within the 160 lbs limit. Re-check hydraulic piston installation. If issue persists, contact customer support for replacement parts. |
| LED lights are not working. | Power connection issue; remote control battery dead; LED strip malfunction. | Ensure the bed frame is plugged in and the power switch (if any) is on. Replace remote control batteries. Check LED strip connections. If still not working, contact support. |
| Charging station is not providing power. | Bed frame not plugged in; faulty USB cable; charging station malfunction. | Confirm the bed frame is plugged into a live outlet. Try a different USB cable. Test with another device. If issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Parts do not align during assembly. | Incorrect orientation of parts; manufacturing defect. | Double-check the instruction manual diagrams for correct part orientation. Loosen all connections, realign, and then re-tighten. If parts are clearly defective, contact customer support. |
