1. Product Overview

3. Setup Instructions

1. Fill Water Tank: Remove the 180ml water tank from the steamer. Use the provided measuring cup to fill the tank with distilled water. Avoid using tap water to prevent mineral buildup. Securely reattach the water tank to the steamer.
2. Place on Base: Place the steamer on its silica gel pedestal on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
3. Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V electrical outlet. The indicator light will begin to flash, signifying that the steamer is preheating.
4. Preheat: Wait approximately 15 seconds for the indicator light to stop flashing and remain solid. This indicates that the steamer has reached its operating temperature and is ready for use.

4. Operating Instructions

The Sundu steamer offers both dry ironing and steam ironing modes, with a 90° rotating design for flexibility.

4.1 Selecting Mode and Steam Level

1. Power On: Once plugged in and preheated (solid indicator light), the steamer is ready.
2. Rotate Plate: The ceramic soleplate can be rotated 90° to switch between vertical steaming and flat ironing positions.
3. Choose Setting: Use the touch control buttons to select your desired mode:
   • Dry Ironing: For ironing without steam.
   • Low Steam: Gentle steam for delicate fabrics.
   • Medium Steam: Moderate steam for everyday garments.
   • High Steam: Powerful steam for stubborn wrinkles and heavier fabrics.

4.2 Steaming Techniques

• Vertical Steaming: Hang the garment on a hanger. Hold the steamer upright, keeping the ceramic plate a few inches away from the fabric. Press the steam button and move the steamer slowly downwards over the wrinkles. Use the heat-resistant glove to protect your free hand.
• Flat Ironing: Lay the garment flat on an ironing board or a heat-resistant surface. Hold the steamer horizontally and glide the ceramic plate over the fabric, applying gentle pressure. Use the dry ironing mode or a low steam setting as needed.
• Continuous Steam: The steamer provides up to 35 minutes of continuous steam with a full 180ml tank.

4.3 Safety Precautions

• Always ensure the indicator light is solid before using steam to prevent leaks.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Ensure the steamer is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Descaling: If you notice reduced steam output or mineral residue, descale the steamer by filling the tank with a 50/50 mixture of distilled water and white vinegar. Run the steamer until the tank is empty, then rinse thoroughly with distilled water.
• Storage: Empty the water tank completely after each use. Store the steamer in its storage bag in a cool, dry place.

• No Steam Output:
