3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Scoreboard
Before initial use, fully charge the scoreboard using the provided USB-C charging cable and power adapter. The scoreboard features a built-in lithium battery that provides up to 10 hours of cordless operation. A low-battery alert will indicate when recharging is needed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows for comprehensive management of game parameters:
- Power On/Off: Use the red button to turn the scoreboard on or off.
- Score Adjustment: Use the '+1', '+2', '+3', and '-1' buttons for Home (H) and Guest (G) teams to adjust scores.
- Game Timer: Set the main game timer (e.g., 12 minutes) and use 'Start/Stop' to control it.
- Shot Clock: Customize the attack clock between 14s or 24s modes.
- Period Indicator: Adjust the current game period using the 'Period +/-' buttons.
- Possession Arrow: Change ball possession using the dedicated button.
- Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the display brightness across 6 levels using the brightness buttons.
- Buzzer Control: Turn the >85dB buzzer on or off for time-up alerts.
- Score Reset: Reset scores for Home or Guest teams individually, or reset the entire match.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scoreboard surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the scoreboard in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Battery Care: Recharge the built-in lithium battery regularly, even during periods of non-use, to maintain its lifespan. Avoid fully depleting the battery for extended periods.
