Product Overview
The BOXING HU-602 3L Top Fill Humidifier is designed to enhance air quality and comfort in your home. Featuring a large 3-liter water tank, it provides up to 30 hours of continuous cool mist operation. Its top-fill design simplifies refilling and cleaning, while the advanced noise-reduction technology ensures quiet operation at just 20dB. The humidifier also includes an optional night light and an essential oil tray for aromatherapy.

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all included accessories (humidifier unit, aroma pads, cleaning brush, filter, user manual) are present.
- Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and water-resistant surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and appliances. Do not place it directly on carpet or a towel.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, remove the top cover and water tank. Clean the water tank and base thoroughly with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse all parts with clean water and dry completely.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the top cover. Pour clean, cool water directly into the water tank. It is recommended to use distilled or purified water to prevent mineral buildup and 'white dust'. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
- Add Essential Oils (Optional): Locate the essential oil tray on the side of the base. Push to open the tray, add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad, then close the tray. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank.
- Power On: Place the top cover back on the unit. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating
- Turn On/Off: Rotate the control knob clockwise to turn the humidifier on and adjust the mist level. Rotate counter-clockwise until it clicks to turn the unit off.
- Adjust Mist Level: Continue rotating the control knob clockwise to increase the mist output from minimum to maximum.
- Optional Night Light: Press the light button to turn the night light on or off. This provides a soft glow without disrupting sleep.
- 360° Mist Rotation: The mist nozzle on the top cover can be rotated 360 degrees to direct the mist in any desired direction.
- Auto Shut-Off: The humidifier will automatically shut off when the water level is low to prevent damage and ensure safety.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining the performance and longevity of your humidifier, and to prevent the buildup of mold, bacteria, and mineral deposits. It is recommended to clean the humidifier at least once a week, especially if using tap water.
- Disassembly: Unplug the humidifier. Remove the top cover and water tank.
- Cleaning the Water Tank: The wide opening of the tank allows for easy access. Use the provided cleaning brush or a soft cloth with mild detergent to scrub the inside of the tank. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Cleaning the Base: Clean the base, especially the nebulizer and water sensor, using the cleaning brush. Wipe down all surfaces with a soft cloth. Avoid immersing the base in water.
- Descaling (if using tap water): If mineral deposits (white dust) occur, fill the base with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water. Let it soak for 30 minutes, then scrub gently with the cleaning brush. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the humidifier.
- Filter Maintenance: The humidifier includes a cylindrical sponge filter. This filter can be rinsed off and reused. Replace aroma pads every 6 months or as needed.

Troubleshooting
- No Mist/Low Mist:
- Ensure the water tank is filled above the minimum level.
- Check if the unit is properly plugged in and turned on.
- Clean the nebulizer and water sensor in the base to remove any mineral buildup.
- White Dust Around Humidifier:
- This is caused by minerals in hard tap water. Use distilled or purified water to eliminate this issue.
- Regularly clean the unit to remove mineral deposits.
- Unusual Odor:
- Clean the water tank and base thoroughly.
- Change the water daily and do not leave stagnant water in the tank.
- Leaking:
- Ensure the top cover and water tank are correctly seated on the base.
