The Kenowa 15.6" Touchscreen Portable Dual Monitor features a comprehensive set of ports and intuitive controls for versatile connectivity and ease of use. On the right side, you will find the ON/OFF/Return Button for the Upper Screen, a Multi Function Wheel Button for the Upper Screen, and a 3.5mm Audio Port. Similarly, for the Under Screen, there is an ON/OFF/Return Button, a Multi Function Wheel Button, and another 3.5mm Audio Port. The rear panel includes Mini HDMI Port 1 for Upper Screen Signal (B), Type-C Port 1 for Upper Screen Signal (B) and Touch, Mini HDMI Port 2 for Dual Screen Signal (AB), Type-C Port 2 for Dual Screen Signal (AB) and Touch, and a PD Power Port.

This monitor boasts an HDR 1080P IPS panel with a 60Hz refresh rate, 72% sRGB color gamut, 16:9 aspect ratio, 300 nits brightness, and 1000:1 contrast ratio. It supports up to 10-point multi-touch (single-touch for Apple devices). The 360° foldable rotation and 180° adjustable stand offer flexible viewing options. Built-in dual speakers enhance the audio experience.
Setup
1. Type-C Connection (One Cable Solution)
For effortless multi-screen connections, use a USB-C cable and PD power supply. This method is compatible with Windows, macOS, and smartphones, requiring no driver installation.
- Ensure your laptop has a full-function Type-C port.
- Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the monitor's Type-C port (either Type-C 1 or Type-C 2, depending on which screen you want to connect).
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to your device's full-function Type-C port.
- Connect the PD power supply to the monitor's PD power port.

This setup allows for both video signal and touch functionality through a single USB-C cable, provided your device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode).
2. HDMI Connection
When connecting via HDMI, an additional USB A-to-USB C cable is required to enable touch functionality.
- Connect one end of the provided Mini HDMI cable to the monitor's Mini HDMI port (either Mini HDMI 1 for the upper screen or Mini HDMI 2 for both screens).
- Connect the other end of the Mini HDMI cable to your device's HDMI port.
- To enable touch, connect the USB A-to-USB C cable from your device's USB A port to the monitor's Type-C port.
- Connect the PD power supply to the monitor's PD power port.

Note: HDMI connection supports Mirror (AAA) and Extend (AB) modes only. For touch functionality, the USB A-to-USB C cable is essential.
3. Touch Functionality Setup
For Windows devices, if the touchscreen is unresponsive, refer to the video below for detailed setup steps. Apple devices support single-touch only; non-Apple devices support multi-touch.

4. Multi-Screen Modes
The touchscreen dual portable monitor supports Mirror, Extend, and Split modes. Seamlessly switch between these three modes by connecting devices via PD+USB-C cable. Easily adjust monitor orientation with flip functionality and gravity-sensing auto-rotation.

For Windows, you can set up Mirror (AA), Extend (AB), Link (AB), and Split (AB) modes. For Mac, Mirror (AA), Extend (AB), Link (AB), and Split (AB) modes are also supported. Ensure your laptop is set to extended mode for ABC extended mode and AB link mode to function correctly.
Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting Settings
Use the multifunction wheel buttons on the side of the monitor to access and adjust various settings, including brightness, contrast, volume, color effects, and input source.

2. Monitor Rotation and Stand
The monitor features a 360° foldable rotation for flexible viewing angles and an integrated 180° adjustable stand. It is also compatible with 75x75mm VESA mounts (sold separately) for alternative placement options.

The upper screen supports 360-degree automatic rotation, suitable for various scenarios, including sharing your screen for business presentations.
Troubleshooting
- Power Supply: The dual portable monitor must be used with a PD power supply.
- HDMI Touch Functionality: When connecting via HDMI, an additional USB A to USB C cable is required for touch functionality.
- Unresponsive Touchscreen: If the touchscreen is unresponsive, refer to the video on the product details page titled “Touchscreen Setup” (Video 1 in this manual).
- Single Screen Display: If it only displays on one screen, it means you haven't set your laptop to extended mode. Both ABC extended mode and AB link mode require the laptop to be set to extended mode; otherwise, they won't work.
