8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Connectivity Issues
- Keyboard not connecting via Bluetooth/2.4G: Ensure the mode switch on the back of the keyboard is set to the correct mode (BT or 2.4G). For Bluetooth, try selecting a different channel (FN+1/2/3) and re-pairing. For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is securely plugged in and try pressing FN+4 to re-establish connection.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure the keyboard is within range of your device (for wireless modes) and there are no major obstructions. Check for interference from other wireless devices.
- Wired connection not working: Ensure the USB-C cable is fully inserted into both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
8.2 Key Functionality Issues
- Keys not responding: Check if the keyboard is powered on and connected. If a specific key is not working, it might be a faulty switch. Utilize the hot-swappable feature to replace the switch.
- Incorrect key output (e.g., QWERTY vs. AZERTY): Ensure the Win/Mac switch on the back of the keyboard is set correctly for your operating system. If using QMK/VIA software, verify key mappings.
8.3 RGB Lighting Issues
- RGB not lighting up: Ensure RGB is enabled (FN+{). Check brightness settings via the knob or software.
- Incorrect colors/effects: Cycle through effects (FN+|) or colors (FN+Enter). Use the software for advanced customization if needed.
8.4 TFT Screen Issues
- Screen blank or unresponsive: Ensure the keyboard is powered on. Try restarting the keyboard. If the issue persists, a firmware update via the web driver might be necessary.
