1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient use of your ProTuning MITTZON foldable table with castors. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and operation, and retain it for future reference. This table is designed for versatility and easy storage, featuring a robust construction and smooth-rolling castors for mobility.

2. Safety Information

  • Pinch Points: Exercise caution when folding or unfolding the table to avoid pinching fingers or hands in moving parts.
  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity of the table. Overloading can cause damage or instability.
  • Stable Surface: Always ensure the table is placed on a flat, stable surface when in use.
  • Castor Locks: Engage the castor locks when the table is in its desired position to prevent unintended movement.
  • Children: Keep children away from the table during folding and unfolding operations.

3. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before proceeding with setup:

  • 1 x MITTZON Foldable Table unit (pre-assembled frame and tabletop)
  • 4 x Castors (pre-attached to the frame)
  • 1 x Instruction Manual (this document)

4. Setup and Unfolding

The MITTZON table comes largely pre-assembled. The primary setup involves unfolding the tabletop and securing it for use.

  1. Positioning: Place the folded table in an open area where you intend to use it. Ensure there is enough space to unfold the tabletop.
  2. Unlock Castors (if locked): If the castors are locked, press down on the lever located on each castor to unlock them, allowing for easier movement.
  3. Unfold Tabletop: Gently lift one side of the tabletop. The hinge mechanism is designed to allow smooth rotation. Continue lifting until the tabletop is fully extended and flat.
  4. Secure Latch: Locate the securing latch underneath the tabletop where the two halves meet. Push the latch into place to firmly connect the two tabletop sections. This ensures stability during use.
