Setup Guide

1. Assemble the Steamer:
   • Insert the telescopic poles into the designated slots on the base unit.
   • Attach the hanger assembly to the top of the telescopic poles.
   • Connect the steam hose to the steam outlet on the base unit, ensuring it is securely twisted into place.

   

2. Fill the Water Tank:
   • Remove the 3.8L water tank from the base unit.
   • Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the tank and fill it with distilled or de-mineralized water. Do not overfill.
   • Securely replace the cap and reinsert the water tank into the base unit.

   

3. Attach Accessories (Optional):
   • If desired, attach the fabric brush or pants press attachment to the steam nozzle.

   

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the power button on the base unit. The indicator light will illuminate.
2. Pre-heating: The steamer will begin to heat up. It typically takes approximately 45 seconds to reach operating temperature. Steam will start to emit from the nozzle.
3. Select Steam Mode: Use the control knob on the base unit to select your desired steam intensity (Low or High) based on the fabric type.
4. Steaming Garments:
   • Hang your garment on the integrated hanger. For pants, use the pant clips.
   • Hold the steam nozzle a few inches away from the fabric and move it in a downward motion. Gently stretch the fabric with your free hand to help smooth out wrinkles.
   • For stubborn wrinkles, press the nozzle lightly against the fabric while steaming.
   • Use the collar board for crisp collars.

   

   

5. Power Off: When finished, press the power button to turn off the steamer and unplug it from the outlet.

Maintenance

1. Empty Water Tank: After each use, always empty any remaining water from the tank to prevent mineral buildup and bacterial growth.
2. Descaling: Depending on water hardness, descale the steamer every 1-3 months. Mix a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water. Fill the tank with the solution and run the steamer until half the solution is used. Turn off, unplug, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, run the remaining solution through. Finish by running 2-3 tanks of fresh distilled water to rinse.
3. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
4. Storage: Store the steamer in a cool, dry place. The telescopic poles can be collapsed for compact storage.
