Operating Instructions
Recording Modes
The C34 Lite offers flexible recording configurations:
- 3-Channel Recording: Simultaneously records front (2K), inside (1080P), and rear (1080P) views. Provides 360° surveillance with a 170° front, 150° rear, and 150° cabin view.
- Dual Dashcam Modes:
- Front (4K/2K/1080P) & Rear (1080P)
- Front (4K/2K/1080P) & Inside (1080P)

It shows the front camera recording at 2K with a 170° view, the cabin camera at 1080P with a 150° view, and the rear camera at 1080P with a 150° view, capturing multiple perspectives of the road and vehicle interior.
Infrared Night Vision
The cabin camera features 6 hidden IR LED lights, enabling clear recording of passenger activity even in complete darkness. The dash camera automatically adjusts exposure for optimal video quality in low-light conditions. Note that in very low light, the cabin camera's video may appear in black and white.
Built-in 5G Wi-Fi and GPS
The LINGDU C34 Lite includes built-in 5G Wi-Fi for fast file transfer and GPS for recording driving route and speed information. Use the LINGDU smartphone app to connect to the dash cam, view live footage, download videos, and review GPS data.

Loop Recording and G-Sensor
The dash cam continuously records, overwriting the oldest files when the memory card is full (loop recording). The integrated G-sensor automatically detects sudden impacts or collisions. When an event is detected, the current video segment (1/3/5 minutes) is automatically locked to prevent it from being overwritten, serving as crucial evidence.

Image: Visual explanation of the Emergency Lock & G-sensor feature, showing automatic locking upon collision detection and manual locking via a button press. Below, the 24/7 Parking Mode options are displayed: Motion Detection, Time Lapse, and Collision Detection, with a note that a JYX05 Type-C USB Hardwire Kit is required for parking modes.
24H Parking Mode
To utilize parking modes, a JYX05 Type-C USB Hardwire Kit (sold separately) is required. The C34 Lite offers two parking modes:
- Collision Detection Parking Mode: The dash cam detects abnormal external strikes and automatically records and locks emergency video files in a dedicated event folder.
- Time-lapse Parking Mode: Records video continuously at a low frame rate (1fps) for 24 hours, conserving storage space while providing comprehensive surveillance.
Maintenance
SD Card Management
- Regularly format the Micro SD card (e.g., once a month) to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption.
- Use high-endurance Micro SD cards specifically designed for dash cams to ensure reliability.
- The dash cam supports up to 256GB Micro SD cards.
Cleaning
- Wipe the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video recording.
- Clean the exterior of the dash cam with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
Temperature Considerations
The LINGDU C34 Lite is designed to withstand extreme temperatures from -4°F to 158°F (-20°C to 70°C) due to its built-in super capacitor. The normal working temperature range for the dash cam is 30°C to 50°C (86°F to 122°F). It is normal for the dash camera to feel slightly warm during operation.
Troubleshooting
- Dash Cam Not Powering On:
Ensure the car charger is securely plugged into the vehicle's power outlet and the dash cam. Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning.
- Recording Issues:
Format the Micro SD card. Ensure the card is inserted correctly. Try a different high-endurance Micro SD card if issues persist.
- Wi-Fi Connection Problems:
Ensure the LINGDU app is updated. Restart both the dash cam and your smartphone. Check your phone's Wi-Fi settings to ensure it's connected to the dash cam's network.
- GPS Not Recording Data:
Ensure the dash cam has a clear view of the sky for GPS signal acquisition. It may take a few minutes for the GPS to lock onto a signal after startup.
- Screen Freezing or Unresponsive:
Press and hold the power button to force a restart. If the issue persists, try resetting the dash cam to factory settings via the menu (note: this will erase custom settings).
