Important Safeguards

Setup
Before First Use:
- Carefully unpack the electric skillet and remove all packaging materials.
- Wash the skillet body and tempered glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The temperature control probe should never be immersed in water.
- Wipe the exterior of the skillet and the temperature control probe with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly and use.
Assembly:
- Place the electric skillet on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Insert the removable temperature control probe firmly into the receptacle on the side of the skillet. Ensure it is fully seated.
- Do not plug the unit into an electrical outlet until ready to cook.
Operating Instructions
Temperature Control:
The Elite Gourmet Electric Skillet features a removable, adjustable temperature control probe, allowing you to set temperatures from 200°F to 400°F. The power indicator light on the probe will illuminate when the skillet is heating and turn off once the set temperature is reached.
- After preparing your food in the skillet, plug the temperature control probe into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Turn the temperature dial to your desired setting.
- Allow the skillet to preheat for a few minutes until the indicator light turns off, signaling it has reached the set temperature.
- Adjust the temperature as needed during cooking.
- When cooking is complete, turn the temperature dial to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from the outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning Instructions:
