Setup and Assembly
The GAIOUS Metal Storage Cabinet is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary parts are labeled, and detailed instructions are included to guide you through the process. For optimal safety and ease, we suggest two people for assembly.
Required Tools:
- Phillips head screwdriver (a handheld one is recommended for tight spaces).
Assembly Steps:
- Unpack and Verify: Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list provided in the included installation instructions. Ensure all accessories are present before starting.
- Assemble Frame: Follow the step-by-step diagrams in the manual to connect the main frame components.
- Install Shelves: The cabinet includes 4 adjustable shelves. Insert the shelf pins (Part O*12) into the desired height slots on the cabinet sides. Place the shelves (Part H*3) onto the pins.
- Attach Doors: Secure the 4 doors to the cabinet frame using the provided hardware.
- Install Handles: Attach the gold handles to the doors.
- Adjust Leveling Feet: The cabinet features 4 adjustable height balancing feet. Adjust them to ensure the cabinet is stable and level on uneven ground. This also helps with door alignment.
- Anti-Tipping Installation: For safety, secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tipping hardware. Two holes are reserved on the back for this purpose.

Operating Instructions
Your GAIOUS Metal Storage Cabinet is designed for versatile and flexible storage across various rooms.
Adjustable Shelves:
The cabinet features 4 adjustable height shelves that can be repositioned to accommodate items of different sizes. Simply remove the shelf pins, adjust them to the desired height, and reinsert the shelf. This allows for customized storage solutions for canned goods, dry goods, spices, appliances, and more.

Door Panel Shelves:
The upper doors are equipped with three shelves each, similar to refrigerator doors, providing additional storage space for smaller items like spices or condiments, ensuring easy access.

Secure Closure:
Each door is fitted with 2 strong magnets to ensure a tight and secure closure, keeping your stored items safe and dust-free.

Troubleshooting and Safety

- Anti-Tipping: Always secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tipping hardware. This prevents the cabinet from tilting forward due to heavy objects or accidental pulling, protecting the safety of you and your family.
- Assembly Caution: Be cautious when assembling the cabinet, as some parts may be heavy. Always follow the included instructions for safe assembly.
- Weight Capacity: Each shelf can withstand a weight of up to 180 LBS. Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent damage or instability.

- Uneven Doors: If the doors are not perfectly aligned after assembly, adjust the cabinet's leveling feet. Start with all feet at their shortest setting, then adjust them to remove any wobbles and bring the doors level with each other.
- Doors Not Closing Tightly: Ensure the magnets on the doors and cabinet frame are properly aligned and free from obstructions. If the issue persists, stronger magnets may be considered, though the included magnets are designed for secure closure.
