Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to install the WENTER USB 3.0 to HDMI Adapter:

Troubleshooting
- Issue: Adapter not recognized or driver installation fails.
Solution: Ensure your security software (antivirus, firewall) is not blocking the driver installation. Temporarily disable it if necessary, or add the driver file to its trusted list as described in Step 1 of the Setup Instructions. Re-download the driver if the included one is corrupted or inaccessible. Some users reported success by plugging it in twice or restarting the computer after installation.
- Issue: Display does not light up or goes blank after computer sleep.
Solution: This can sometimes occur with display adapters. Try restarting your computer. Ensure your display settings are correctly configured for the external monitor. Check for updated drivers from the manufacturer's website if the issue persists.
- Issue: No audio output.
Solution: Verify that your computer's sound settings are configured to output audio through the HDMI device. Check the volume levels on both your computer and the connected display. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected.
- Issue: Poor video quality or flickering.
Solution: Ensure you are using a high-quality HDMI cable. Check that the adapter is connected to a USB 3.0 port for optimal performance. Verify your display resolution settings are appropriate for your monitor and the adapter's capabilities (up to 1080P). Try a different HDMI port on your display.
- Issue: Adapter gets warm during use.
Solution: It is normal for electronic devices to generate some heat during operation. The WENTER adapter features an aluminum casing designed for heat dissipation. If the device becomes excessively hot or malfunctions, discontinue use and contact support.
