1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and save it for future reference. Incorrect operation due to disregard of instructions may cause harm or damage.
- Always ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or the appliance itself in water or other liquids to prevent electric shock.
- Supervise children closely when the appliance is in use.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow it to cool down before handling.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm free space on the back and sides and 10 cm free space above the appliance.
- Hot air is released through the air outlet opening. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the air outlet.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- Use only original accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.
2. Product Overview
The Lifelong LLHFD400 Digital Air Fryer uses rapid air technology to cook food with little to no oil, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying. It features a digital touch control panel with preset menus for convenience.

3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged. (Refer to "What's in the Box" section).
- Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the frying basket and detachable handle with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before use.
3.3 Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
- Do not place the air fryer near flammable materials or heat sources.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Detachable Handle Assembly
The air fryer basket features a detachable handle for easy cleaning and storage.
- Insert the handle into the designated slot on the frying basket.
- Position the handle so it faces to the right.
- Rotate the handle from right to left until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove, reverse the rotation and pull the handle out.

4.2 Control Panel Overview
The digital LED touch control panel allows for precise temperature and time adjustments, along with convenient preset cooking modes.

- Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
- Menu Button (M): Cycles through the 7 preset cooking programs.
- Temperature/Time Buttons (+/-): Adjusts cooking temperature and time.
- Preset Icons: Visual indicators for different food types (e.g., fries, chicken, fish, cake).
4.3 Basic Operation
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- Pull the frying basket out of the air fryer.
- Place the ingredients into the basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer.
- Press the Power button to turn on the display.
- Manual Setting: Use the Temperature/Time buttons (+/-) to set your desired cooking temperature and time.
- Preset Setting: Press the Menu button (M) repeatedly to select one of the 7 preset programs. The corresponding icon will illuminate.
- Press the Power button again to start cooking.
- During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or turn food. The air fryer will pause and resume automatically when the basket is reinserted.
- Once the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
- Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a plate.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
5.1 Cleaning the Frying Basket and Handle
- Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the frying basket and detach the handle.
- Wash the basket and handle with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes.
- These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
5.2 Cleaning the Interior and Exterior
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For the heating element, use a soft brush to remove any food residue.
- Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
5.3 Storage
- Ensure the air fryer is clean and dry before storing.
- Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
6. Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for common issues and their solutions.
