- Power On: Long press the Power Button (Switch) to turn on the device. The display will light up.
- Hold Correctly: Ensure your thumb and the web of your thumb contact the silver conductive area on the pen to complete the circuit.
- Select Mode: Press the "S" button to cycle through the 5 available modes (F1-F5). Refer to Section 5 for mode descriptions.
- Adjust Intensity: Slide the side button to adjust the intensity level (1-10). Start at a low intensity and gradually increase to find your comfortable level.
- Apply to Skin: Apply the dual probes to the desired acupressure point on your skin. Ensure good contact.
- Treatment Cycle: Stimulate the area for 1 minute, then take a 5-second break. Repeat this cycle 3 times. Do not exceed 2 treatments per day on the same area.
- Power Off: Long press the Power Button (Switch) to turn off the device after use.
