3. Assembly and Setup

The Ecogou Walking Pad requires minimal assembly, typically involving unfolding and securing the handle bar. Please follow these steps:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all listed components are present.
  2. Placement: Choose a flat, stable surface for the treadmill. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit as described in the safety instructions.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet. Locate the power switch (usually near the power cord input) and flip it to the 'ON' position. The LED display should illuminate.
  • To Power Off: Press the 'STOP' button on the remote control until the belt comes to a complete stop. Then, flip the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the wall.

4.2 Remote Control Functions

The magnetic remote control allows for convenient adjustment of the treadmill's settings. It can be attached to the handle bar for easy access.

  • START/STOP Button: Press to start or stop the treadmill belt.
  • SPEED + Button: Increases the belt speed.
  • SPEED - Button: Decreases the belt speed.

4.3 Speed Modes

The Ecogou Walking Pad offers a speed range from 0.6 to 7.5 MPH, accommodating various exercise intensities:

4.4 Incline Adjustment

The treadmill features a 3-level manual incline system to increase workout intensity. To adjust the incline:

  1. Power Off: Ensure the treadmill is powered off and unplugged before adjusting the incline.
  2. Locate Adjustment Points: Identify the incline adjustment buckles/nuts located at the rear underside of the treadmill.
  3. Select Incline Level: Manually adjust the position of the buckles/nuts to achieve the desired incline:
    • 1.5% Incline: Position the nut in the first buckle.
    • 4% Incline: Position the nut in the second buckle.
    • 8% Incline: Position the nut in the third buckle.
  4. Verify: Ensure both sides of the treadmill are adjusted to the same incline level and are securely locked in place before resuming use.

4.5 LED Display

5. Maintenance
