Setup Instructions

  1. Charge the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the included 10000 mAh mobile battery using the provided USB cable. The battery indicator lights will show charging progress.
  2. Connect Battery: Insert the battery into the designated pocket on the heating pad. Connect the pad's power cable to the battery.
  3. Position the Pad: Place the heating pad on the desired body area (back, abdomen, neck, shoulders, legs). Use the 5.2-foot assist strap to secure the pad comfortably.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the round button on the heated pad for 3 seconds to turn it ON or OFF.
  2. Adjust Heat Levels: Once powered on, the pad defaults to High temperature (red indicator light). Press the button briefly to cycle through the 3 heat levels:
    • High (Red Light): Approximately 149°F (65°C), lasts up to 2 hours.
    • Medium (White Light): Approximately 140°F (60°C), lasts up to 3 hours.
    • Low (Blue Light): Approximately 131°F (55°C), lasts up to 4 hours.
  3. Overheat Protection: If no adjustments are made within 5 minutes of activation, the pad will automatically switch from High to Medium temperature. To return to High, press the button until the red indicator light illuminates.

Maintenance

The Vofuoti Heating Pad is designed for easy cleaning. The fabric cover is machine washable. Ensure the battery and power cable are disconnected and removed from the pad before washing. Follow the care instructions on the product label for best results.

Troubleshooting

  • Pad not heating: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly connected to the pad. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to activate.
  • Pad automatically switches to Medium heat: This is a safety feature (overheat protection). To return to High, press the button until the red indicator light turns on.
  • Battery not charging: Verify the USB cable is securely connected to both the battery and a power source. Try a different USB port or adapter.
