Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the recorder. Connect the provided data cable to the recorder's USB port and to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 40 hours of continuous recording time.

2. Power On/Off

To power on the device, slide the main switch to the 'ON' position. To power off, slide the switch to 'OFF'.

3. Connecting to a Computer or Phone (OTG)

The recorder can connect to a computer or compatible smartphone for file transfer. Use the provided data cable. For smartphone connection, an OTG adapter (included) is required. Ensure the recording device is powered off before connecting to a phone for file transfer.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Recording

To start recording, simply slide the main switch to the 'ON' position. The device will begin recording immediately. To stop recording, slide the switch back to 'OFF'. Recordings are automatically saved.

2. Voice Activated Recording (VOR)

For voice-activated recording, slide the switch to the 'VA' position. The recorder will automatically start recording when sound is detected above a certain decibel level (approximately >45dB) and pause when sound falls below that level (approximately <45dB). This feature conserves memory and battery life by skipping silent periods.

3. Playback

Connect the included headphones to the device's headphone jack. Use the device's controls (refer to the full user manual for specific button functions) to navigate and play back your recordings. The device supports MP3 playback.

4. File Management

To manage recorded files, connect the device to a computer or smartphone as described in the Setup section. The device will appear as a removable storage drive, allowing you to copy, move, or delete files. The 64GB internal memory can store approximately 4800 hours of recordings.
