1. Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before assembling and using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or damage.

• Keep all small parts and packaging materials away from children.
• Ensure all connections are secure before use.
• Do not overload the TV stand. Refer to specifications for weight limits.
• For electrical components (fireplace, LED lights), ensure proper grounding and follow all electrical safety guidelines.
• Do not block the air vents of the electric fireplace.
• Install the anti-tipping device to prevent accidental tipping, especially in households with children or pets.

2. Package Contents

The VITESSE 70-inch Fireplace TV Stand is delivered in two separate packages. These packages may not arrive simultaneously. Please verify all components upon receipt.

• TV Stand components (engineered wood panels, hardware)
• 36-inch Electric Fireplace unit
• LED Light Strip
• Power outlet unit
• Anti-tipping hardware

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires two people. It is recommended to install this product on carpets to effectively reduce friction damage between the boards and the ground. Please prepare a screwdriver and a utility knife.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

1. Unpacking and Preparation:
   • Place the furniture packaging box as indicated by the arrows on the box.
   • Gently cut the tape with a utility knife to avoid scratching the boards.
   • Classify all boards by type and order of use, handling them with care.
2. Assemble the Main Frame:
   • Identify boards No.5, No.6, No.8, No.18, and No.19.
   • Fix eccentric rods (Part A) into the designated holes on these boards.
   • Insert corks (Part C) into the appropriate holes.
   • Connect plates No.5, No.6, No.8, No.18, and No.19 using eccentric wheels (Part B).
   • Attach boards No.7 and No.8 to form the central structure, securing with eccentric wheels (Part B).
   • Connect boards No.13 and No.14, fixing eccentric rods (Part A) and inserting corks (Part C).
   • Attach boards No.10 and No.11, fixing part G and eccentric rods (Part A), then inserting corks (Part C).
   • Connect boards No.6 and No.10, securing with eccentric wheels (Part B).
   • Fix the J part into the top board (No.10).
3. Install LED Lights and Power Outlet:
   • Install the LED strip (Part Q) along the designated channel on board No.1.
   • Place part M in position and secure it with part T.
   • Connect boards No.1, No.2, and No.3, fixing eccentric rods (Part A) and inserting corks (Part C).
   • Install the LED strip (Part Y) along the designated channel on board No.4.
   • Place part M in position and secure it with part T. Fix part Z.
   • Place the power outlet unit (Part W) into the cutout on the top panel and secure it with screws (Part X).
   • Link the data cable (Part Q) to the power outlet unit.
4. Attach Doors and Shelves:
   • Find boards No.16 and No.17 (doors).
   • Place hinges (Part K) in position and secure with screws (Part N).
   • Fix handles (Part P) to the doors.
   • Install the doors (No.16 and No.17) onto the main cabinet frame (No.5 and No.6) using the hinges.
   • Place the U part into the designated holes for adjustable shelves.
   • Insert shelves (No.12, No.13, No.14, No.20) into the cabinet.
5. Install Electric Fireplace:
   • Carefully slide the electric fireplace unit into the central opening of the TV stand.
   • Secure the fireplace unit to the cabinet using the provided screws.
6. Final Placement and Anti-Tipping Installation:
   • Place the assembled cabinet against the wall.
   • Install the anti-tipping device by flushing the floor and pressing the cabinet against the wall. Mark the points for drilling.
   • Drill fixed holes using an electric drill and secure the anti-tipping brackets to the wall and the cabinet.
   • Apply sticker H over eccentric wheels for aesthetic purposes.

   

   

4. Operating Instructions

Electric Fireplace Operation:

• The electric fireplace features 12 flame colors and 2 brightness adjustment levels.
• It offers 2 heating functions: 750-watt and 1200-watt.
• The heater can provide warmth for rooms up to 400 square feet.
• Use the controls on the fireplace unit or the remote control (if included) to adjust flame settings and heating levels.
• The flames can be used independently for decorative purposes without activating the heating function.

LED Light Operation:

• The integrated LED lights offer 20 color options.
• Use the provided remote control (if included) to select and adjust the LED colors to match your room's style.

5. Maintenance

The TV stand is crafted from engineered wood with a scratch-resistant, waterproof coating for durability and easy cleaning.

• Cleaning: Wipe spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Dusting: Regularly dust the surfaces with a dry, soft cloth.
• Inspection: Periodically check all hardware connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten if necessary.
• Fireplace Care: Refer to the separate fireplace manual for specific cleaning and maintenance instructions for the electric fireplace unit. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
