1. Setup
This section provides instructions for the initial setup of your Ecojoy Commercial Ice Machine.
1.1 Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove the ice machine from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or service needs. Verify that all accessories listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.
1.2 Placement
Place the ice machine on a stable, level surface. Its compact design allows for under-counter installation or use as a stand-alone unit. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance from the wall for proper ventilation.

1.3 Leveling the Machine
The ice machine is equipped with adjustable support feet. Turn the feet clockwise or counter-clockwise to raise or lower each corner until the machine is perfectly level. This ensures efficient operation and proper drainage.
1.4 Water Filter Installation
Install the provided PP cotton filter. Attach the filter buckle to the filter rack, then secure the PP cotton filter into the assembly. Connect the water pipes to the filter as shown in the installation diagram.

3.3 Water Filter Replacement
The PP cotton filter should be checked periodically and replaced as needed to ensure continued clean ice production and to maintain the machine's lifespan. Refer to the filter manufacturer's guidelines for replacement frequency.
4. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your ice machine.
4.1 Control Panel Indicators
- Water Shortage Indicator: If the water shortage light illuminates, check the water supply connection and ensure the faucet is fully open.
