Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your sauna.
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the interior surfaces with a clean, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Ensure the sauna is completely dry before folding or storing.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the sauna and store it in its carry bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Inspection: Periodically check all electrical cords, heating elements, and the tent fabric for any signs of wear or damage. Do not use the sauna if any damage is found.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common solutions:
- Sauna not heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the sauna and the wall outlet. Check if the remote control is powered on and the temperature is set correctly.
- Remote control not responding: Verify the remote's connection to the sauna. If battery-operated (check your specific model), replace batteries if necessary.
- Uneven heating: Ensure the heating plates are properly installed and not obstructed. The 3-side heating design aims for even heat distribution.
- Excessive condensation: While some condensation is normal, ensure adequate ventilation in the room where the sauna is used.
