1. Introduction

2. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to properly set up your pressure washer before initial use:

  1. Connect the Spray Gun and Wand: Attach the spray wand to the spray gun. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  2. Connect Nozzle: Select the appropriate Quick Connect nozzle for your task and insert it into the end of the spray wand until it clicks into place.
  3. Connect Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 33-foot pressure hose to the spray gun and the other end to the pressure washer's water outlet. Tighten connections firmly.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Attach a garden hose (not included) to the water inlet of the pressure washer. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully.
  5. Bleed Air from Pump: Before powering on, squeeze the trigger of the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and expel any trapped air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges.
  6. Power Connection: Plug the 20-foot power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

3. Operating Instructions

Starting the Pressure Washer

  1. Ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is open.
  2. Turn on the pressure washer using the main power switch.
  3. Release the safety lock on the spray gun.
  4. Squeeze the trigger to begin spraying. The Total Stop System (TSS) will activate, turning the pump on when the trigger is squeezed and off when released.

Nozzle Selection and Application

The pressure washer comes with 5 Quick Connect nozzles, each designed for specific cleaning tasks:

  • 0° Red Nozzle: For caked stains in cracks and tough, concentrated cleaning. Use with extreme caution.
  • 15° Yellow Nozzle: For driveways and hard surfaces, providing a powerful, narrow spray.
  • 25° Green Nozzle: For decks and wooden surfaces, offering a wider, less aggressive spray.
  • 40° White Nozzle: For vehicles and windows, providing a gentle, wide spray for delicate surfaces.
  • Black Soap Nozzle: For car washing and general detergent application.

Using the Detergent Tank

To apply detergent, fill the 500ml detergent tank with an appropriate pressure washer-safe cleaning solution. Attach the black soap nozzle to the spray wand. The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent when the soap nozzle is in use.

Safety Features

  • Total Stop System (TSS): This system automatically shuts off the pump when the trigger is released, saving energy and extending the life of the pump. The pump restarts when the trigger is squeezed again.

4. Maintenance

After Each Use

  • Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
