3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Check for any damage. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.
  3. Ensure all packing materials are removed before use.

3.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the appliance. A full charge typically takes several hours.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the cleaner.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the cleaner and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The Pilot Light will flash blue during charging.
  4. When fully charged, the Pilot Light will turn solid blue.
  5. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

3.3 Filling the Clean Water Tank

  1. Press the tank release button and carefully remove the clean water tank (labeled 'Clean Tank').
  2. Open the tank cap and fill with clean water. For enhanced cleaning, add a small amount of suitable carpet or upholstery cleaning solution according to the solution manufacturer's instructions. Do not overfill.
  3. Securely close the tank cap and reattach the clean water tank to the appliance until it clicks into place.

4. Operating Instructions

The Shop-Vac Cordless Spot Cleaner offers a 3-in-1 cleaning function: spray, scrub, and suction.

4.1 Preparing the Area

  • Before cleaning, test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area of the surface to ensure colorfastness.
  • Remove any loose debris or solid particles from the stained area.

4.2 Cleaning a Stain (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Power On: Press the Power button to activate the vacuum suction.
  2. Spray: Position the nozzle over the stain. Press the Spray button to dispense cleaning solution onto the stained area. Allow the solution to penetrate for a few seconds.
  3. Scrub & Suction: Long press the Rolling Brush button for 1.5 seconds to activate the motorized brush. Move the cleaner slowly over the stain, allowing the brush to agitate the dirt while the suction lifts the dirty liquid. Repeat as necessary until the stain is removed.
  4. Dry Pass: Make a final pass over the cleaned area with only suction activated to remove as much moisture as possible.

4.3 Battery Runtime

The appliance provides approximately 16-17 minutes of continuous runtime on a full charge. The Pilot Light will flash blue when the battery is low, indicating it needs recharging.

5. Maintenance and Storage

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your spot cleaner.

5.1 Emptying and Cleaning the Sewage Tank

It is crucial to empty and clean the sewage tank after each use to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. The sewage level must not exceed the maximum fill line.

  1. Press the tank release button and carefully remove the sewage tank (labeled 'Sewage Tank').
  2. Pour out the dirty water into a sink or drain.
  3. Rinse the sewage tank thoroughly with clean water.
  4. Allow the tank to air dry completely before reattaching it to the appliance.

5.2 Cleaning the Rolling Brush

  1. Ensure the appliance is powered off and disconnected from the charger.
  2. Carefully remove the brush cover (if detachable) or access the brush as per the product design.
  3. Remove any hair, fibers, or debris tangled around the rolling brush. A small brush or comb may be helpful.
  4. Rinse the brush under running water if necessary.
  5. Allow the brush to air dry completely before reassembling.

5.3 General Cleaning and Storage
