Assembly Instructions

The Emasme gun safe requires assembly. Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to have a second person assist during assembly.

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Unpack all components and identify the bottom panel (C), left side panel (A), and right side panel (B). Place the bottom panel on a soft, flat surface to prevent scratches.

Step 2: Attach Side Panels

Align the grooves of the left side panel (A) with the corresponding slots on the bottom panel (C). Gently slide them together. Repeat for the right side panel (B). Secure with screws from the screw kit.

Step 3: Install Back Panel and Top Panel

Slide the back panel (D) into the grooves of the assembled side panels. Then, place the top panel (G) onto the structure, ensuring all edges align. Secure with screws.

Step 4: Attach Door Frame and Door

Carefully attach the door frame (E) to the front of the safe. Then, align the door (O) hinges with the frame and insert the hinge pins (P). Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly.

Step 5: Install Interior Components

Install the adjustable gun racks (M), removable partitions, pistol pouches, and ammo bags as desired for your storage needs. The gun racks can be repositioned to accommodate different firearm lengths.

Installation and Mounting

For maximum security, it is highly recommended to mount your Emasme gun safe to a wall or floor using the provided expansion bolts (Q).

Mounting Steps:

  1. Choose a suitable location for the safe, ensuring it is level and stable.
  2. Mark the positions for the pre-drilled holes on the back or bottom of the safe onto the wall or floor.
  3. Drill pilot holes into the wall or floor at the marked positions.
  4. Align the safe with the drilled holes and insert the expansion bolts (Q).
  5. Tighten the bolts securely to firmly anchor the safe.

Operating Instructions

First-Time Opening

  1. Locate the silver cover on the digital panel. Slide it to reveal the emergency key slot.
  2. Insert one of the emergency keys into the slot and turn it counter-clockwise.
  3. While the key is turned, rotate the round panel clockwise to open the safe door.

Setting Your Password

  1. With the safe door open, locate the red "SETTING BUTTON" on the inside of the door. Press it. The left and right lights on the digital panel will flash alternately.
  2. On the digital panel, enter your desired 3-8 digit password. Press "#" to confirm. After a drop sound, re-enter the same password followed by "#" to confirm. A long beep indicates successful password setting.

Mute Function

To activate or deactivate the mute function, press and hold the number key "1" for more than three seconds. The left light on the panel will illuminate when mute mode is active. A long beep will confirm the change.

Alarm System

  • Incorrect Password Alarm: If three incorrect password attempts are made, the safe will trigger a 70dB alarm for 60 seconds.
  • Anti-Theft Alarm: Press and hold the number key "9" for more than three seconds to activate the anti-theft alarm. A long beep will confirm activation. Violent hits or shaking of the safe will trigger this alarm.

Maintenance

  • Keep the safe clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Regularly check the battery level of the digital lock. Replace batteries as needed to ensure continuous operation.
  • Ensure the locking bolts move freely. Do not lubricate the locking mechanism unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer.
  • Store emergency keys separately from the safe.

Troubleshooting
