Please read and understand all instructions before using this electric fireplace. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Ensure the fireplace is connected to a properly grounded outlet with the correct voltage (120V AC, 60Hz). Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Keep combustible materials such as furniture, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front of the heater and away from the sides and rear.
- Do not operate the fireplace if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the heater malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- The fireplace is equipped with an overheat protection device. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. To reset, unplug the unit, wait 5-10 minutes, and then plug it back in.
- Close supervision is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
- Do not use outdoors. This electric fireplace is for indoor use only.

Operating Instructions
The Maxhonor Electric Fireplace can be operated using the touch screen controls on the unit or the included remote control.
1. Powering On/Off
- Press the Power button on the remote control or the touch panel to turn the fireplace on or off.
2. Flame Effects
The fireplace features realistic LED flame technology with adjustable settings.
- Flame Color: Press the Flame Color button to cycle through 12 different flame color options.
- Flame Brightness: Press the Dimmer button to adjust the flame brightness through 5 levels.
3. Heat Settings
The heating function operates independently of the flame effect, allowing for year-round use.
- Heater Power: Press the Heater button to toggle between 750W and 1500W heat settings.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the Temp button to set the desired temperature between 62°F (17°C) and 82°F (28°C).
4. Timer Function
Set a timer for automatic shut-off to conserve energy.
- Press the Time button to activate the timer. Each press will cycle through 1-hour increments, from 1 to 8 hours.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your electric fireplace.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
- Air Vents: Periodically check and clean the air intake and exhaust vents to ensure they are free from dust and debris, which can impede airflow and cause overheating. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment if necessary.
- Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.
