Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. Clear illustrated instructions and labeled parts are included in your package.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure with screws, ensuring the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Connect Armrests to Seat and Backrest: When attaching the armrests to the backrest and seat, only tighten the screws approximately 75%. This allows enough room for movement to properly align all screw holes. Once all screws are started, then tighten them completely.
5. Assemble Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the seat and armrests, then secure all remaining screws.
6. Place Assembled Top onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

Important: Do not fully tighten screws until all components are loosely assembled to ensure proper alignment.

Operating Your Chair

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height. The chair offers a height adjustment range of 3.15 inches, allowing for a seat height from approximately 14.96 inches to 18.11 inches.

2. 5D Armrest Adjustments

The 5D armrests provide versatile positioning for optimal comfort and space-saving. Each armrest can be adjusted independently.

• Height Adjustment: Press the button on the side of the armrest and move it up or down. The armrests can adjust by 2.56 inches.
• Forward/Backward: Slide the armrest pad forward or backward.
• Swivel: Rotate the armrest pad 360 degrees to find your preferred angle.
• Inward/Outward Angle: Adjust the angle of the armrest pad horizontally.
• Flip-Up Function: To save space, the armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees. This allows the chair to be pushed closer to a desk.

3. Ergonomic Air Lumbar Support

The adjustable air lumbar support (1.18 inches) conforms to your spine's natural curve. To adjust, locate the knob on the side of the backrest. Turn the knob clockwise to increase lumbar support and counter-clockwise to decrease it, finding the optimal position for your back.

4. Back Tilt and Rocking Function

The chair features a linked recline function up to 135 degrees and a rocking mechanism.

• Recline: Use the lever on the left side of the chair to adjust the backrest angle. Pull the lever up to unlock the recline, lean back to your desired angle, and push the lever down to lock it.
• Rocking Function: To activate the rocking function, pull the same lever on the left side outwards. To deactivate rocking and lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.
• Tilt Tension: The round knob located under the seat at the front controls the tilt tension. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).

5. Silent Casters

The 3-inch silent casters are designed for smooth movement across various floor surfaces, including hardwood and thick carpets, without causing scratches or noise.
