  1. Plug and Play (Pre-Wired for Furrion System): If your RV is equipped with a pre-wired Furrion system, simply plug the camera directly into the existing Furrion port. This method offers quick and easy installation.
  2. Universal Vehicle Installation: For RVs without a Furrion pre-wire, the camera can be universally installed.
    • Connect the red wire to the running light or tail light (DC 12V) for power.
    • Connect the black wire to a ground point.
This method typically takes about 30 minutes. Ensure all connections are secure and weatherproof.

3.2 Monitor Placement

The 7.2-inch monitor can be flexibly placed using the included suction cup bracket to provide the best viewing angle for your needs.

  • Inside the RV: Attach the suction cup to a smooth, flat surface inside your RV for a quick view while parked or for campsite monitoring.
  • On the RV Wall: The suction cup can adhere to smooth wall surfaces for convenient viewing.
  • On the Campsite Table: When stationary, the monitor can be placed on a table to monitor your surroundings.
  • Center Console/Dashboard: For driving, the suction cup can secure the monitor to your vehicle's windshield or dashboard, ensuring a clear line of sight.

Ensure the suction cup is clean and the surface is smooth and dry before attaching for optimal adhesion.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Once the camera is powered and the monitor is connected to a power source (e.g., car charger), the system will automatically power on and display the camera feed. To power off, disconnect the power source from the monitor.

4.2 Wide Angle View and Night Vision

The wireless RV backup camera provides a super-wide angle view, allowing you to see a broad area behind your RV. This is crucial for backing into campsites, maneuvering in tight spots, and observing surroundings. The camera also features enhanced night vision capabilities, enabling clear visibility in low-light conditions, which is useful for spotting obstacles or wildlife near your campsite at night.

4.3 Strong Signal Transmission

The system is designed with a strong wireless signal to maintain a clear and steady view, even at highway speeds or over distances up to 500 feet. This ensures reliable video transmission without noticeable lag or dropouts, providing continuous monitoring while driving.

4.4 Smart DVR Loop Recording

The monitor features Smart DVR Loop Recording functionality, utilizing the included 32GB memory card. This allows the system to continuously record footage from the camera. When the memory card is full, the system automatically overwrites the oldest files, ensuring continuous recording without manual intervention. This feature is valuable for emergency proofing and reviewing past events.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Camera Lens: Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, damp cloth to ensure a clear view. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Cleaning the Monitor Screen: Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the monitor screen. Do not spray cleaning solutions directly onto the screen.
  • Cable Connections: Periodically check all cable connections for tightness and signs of wear or corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor elements.
  • Suction Cup: If the suction cup loses adhesion, clean both the suction cup and the mounting surface with water and allow them to air dry.
