4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance of your WinZo Smart Toilet. Please follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to watch the official installation video for visual guidance.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Clean the ground thoroughly and ensure it is dry.
- Check if the ground is horizontal using a level.
- Measure the rough-in distance (from the wall to the center of the sewer pipe). It must be at least 12 inches.
- Ensure the sewer pipe is unobstructed.
- Verify water pressure is over 0.14Mpa and flow rate is over 18L/min.
4.2 Angle Valve Installation
- Wrap the raw material belt (Teflon tape) around the interface of the foot valve.
- Install the angle valve onto the water supply line.
- Drain any residual water from the supply line.
- Reinstall the constant flow valve into the angle valve.
4.3 Toilet Mounting
- Install expansion screws into the floor flange.
- Mount the flange at the drain opening, ensuring it is secure.
- Confirm the center of the drain hole on the toilet aligns with the flange.
- Align the flange and the screws with the bottom of the toilet.
- Install the flat washer and nut to secure the toilet to the floor.
- Settle the upper part of the toilet onto the base.
4.4 Water and Power Connection
- Connect the water inlet pipe to the angle valve. Pay attention not to bend the braided tube.
- Open the angle valve to the maximum and check for any water leaks.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet to power on the toilet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Automatic Functions
- Auto Open/Close Lid: The foot sensor detects your approach, automatically opening the lid and seat. Upon leaving, the lid closes and the toilet flushes automatically.
- Power Outage Flush: The toilet is designed to perform a flush even during a power outage.
