3. Assembly & Setup

3.1 Assembling the Vacuum Cleaner

1. Attach the Extension Tube: Insert the metal extension tube into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Motorized Floor Brush: Connect the motorized floor brush to the other end of the extension tube, ensuring it clicks firmly.
3. Install the Battery: Slide the battery pack into the designated slot on the main unit until it locks.

3.2 Installing the Wall Mount

The wall mount allows for convenient storage and charging. Choose a suitable location near a power outlet. Use appropriate screws and anchors (not included) to secure the wall mount to the wall.

4. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours. The vacuum cleaner offers multiple charging options:

• Wall-mounted Charging: Place the assembled vacuum cleaner onto the wall mount and connect the charger.
• Main Machine Charging: Connect the charger directly to the charging port on the main unit.
• Separate Battery Pack Charging: Remove the battery from the main unit and connect the charger directly to the battery pack.

The battery provides up to 45 minutes of runtime in Eco Mode and up to 25 minutes in Maximum Mode, depending on usage.

5. Operation

5.1 Powering On/Off and Suction Modes

Press the power button to turn the vacuum cleaner on. Press it again to switch between Eco Mode (standard suction) and Maximum Mode (high suction). Press a third time to turn the vacuum cleaner off.

5.2 Using Attachments

The fenhua X8 comes with various attachments for versatile cleaning:

• Motorized Floor Brush: Ideal for cleaning hard floors, carpets, and tiles. Features LED headlights to illuminate dust and debris.
• 2-in-1 Dusting Brush: Use with or without bristles for cleaning delicate surfaces, upholstery, or car interiors.
• Long Crevice Nozzle: Perfect for reaching tight spaces, corners, and gaps between furniture.

5.3 Maneuverability

The flexible brush head allows for 180-degree sideways rotation and 90-degree up and down movement, making it easy to clean under furniture and in hard-to-reach areas. The integrated LED headlights illuminate dark spots, ensuring no dust is missed.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Emptying the Dustbin

The 1.2-liter dustbin features a one-key dust dumping design for hygienic emptying. Simply press the release button at the bottom of the dustbin to open the flap and dispose of collected debris.

6.2 Cleaning the Filtration System

The fenhua X8 features a 6-stage and double cyclone filtration system, including a HEPA filter and a stainless filter, designed to capture 99.99% of fine dust particles. Clean the filters regularly to maintain suction power and air quality.

1. Remove Filters: Twist and pull to remove the dustbin from the main unit. Then, remove the HEPA filter and stainless filter.
2. Wash Filters: Rinse the filters under running water until clean. Do not use detergents.
3. Dry Filters: Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Ensure they are thoroughly dry to prevent mold or damage.
4. Reassemble: Once dry, reinsert the filters and reattach the dustbin to the main unit.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roller

The motorized floor brush features an anti-tangle V-shaped design to minimize hair wrap. Periodically check the brush roller for tangled hair or debris. To clean:

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
2. Locate the brush roller release mechanism (usually a latch or button) and open it.
3. Remove the brush roller. Use the included mini cleaning brush or scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
4. Reinsert the clean brush roller and secure the release mechanism.
