3. Device Overview

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

4.2 Inserting the Memory Card

The device comes with a 64GB memory card. It supports up to 128GB. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting or removing the memory card.

  1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the pen.
  2. Gently insert the Micro SD card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.

4.3 Replacing Pen Refills

The camera pen functions as a regular writing pen. Five replacement refills are included.

  1. Unscrew the pen from the middle part to separate the upper and lower sections.
  2. Use the provided screwdriver to gently remove the old refill.
  3. Insert a new refill and tighten it with the screwdriver.
  4. Screw the pen back together.

5. Operating Instructions

The camera pen features a single button for all operations.

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Long press the power button until the indicator light turns on.
  • Power Off: Long press the power button until the indicator light turns off.

5.2 Recording Video (1080P HD)

  • With the device powered on, long press the power button to start video recording. The indicator light will flash to indicate recording is in progress.
  • To stop recording, short press the power button. The device will save the current video file and enter standby mode.

5.3 Taking Photos

  • With the device powered on and in standby mode, double-short press the power button to take a photo. The indicator light will flash once to confirm the photo has been taken.

5.4 Loop Recording

The camera pen features automatic loop recording. When the memory card is full, the oldest files will be overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous operation without manual file management.

5.5 Night Vision

5.6 Data Transfer and Management

5.6.1 OTG Function (Mobile Devices)

Use the included USB adapter to connect the camera pen directly to your smartphone or tablet. This allows for instant viewing, exporting, deleting, or sharing of HD videos without needing a computer. Compatible with both Android and iOS systems.

5.6.2 Computer Connection

Connect the camera pen to your computer using the provided USB cable or use the card reader to access the Micro SD card directly. The device will appear as a removable disk, allowing you to copy, move, or delete files.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning
