Wearing Instructions:

• High: 60-75°C (140-167°F)

Vibration Settings:

• Press the Vibration button (wave icon) to cycle through 3 vibration modes:
• Low
• Mid
• High
• Heating and vibration functions can be used simultaneously or individually.

Temperature Unit Switch:

• Long press the Heating button and Vibration button simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch the temperature display between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

Anti-Mistouch Function:

• Short press the On/Off button to activate or deactivate the anti-mistouch function. When active, the settings will be locked to prevent accidental changes.

Low Power Alert:
