4. Operating Instructions

Your ThermoMate oven features a sensor touch control panel and 12 versatile cooking functions to meet all your culinary needs.

4.1 Control Panel Overview

4.2 Setting the Clock

To set the current time on your oven:

  1. Press the 'Clock Timer' button.
  2. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to set AM or PM.
  3. Press the 'Clock Timer' button again to set the hour. Use '+' or '-' to adjust.
  4. Press the 'Clock Timer' button a third time to set the minute. Use '+' or '-' to adjust.
  5. Press 'Clock Timer' one last time to confirm.

4.3 Setting the Minute Timer

The minute timer functions as a kitchen timer and does not control the oven's cooking process.

  1. Press and hold the 'Clock Timer' button for 3 seconds. The hour display will flash.
  2. Use '+' or '-' to set the desired hour (0-11).
  3. Press 'Clock Timer' again to set the minutes (0-59). Use '+' or '-' to adjust.
  4. Press 'Clock Timer' one last time to start the timer.

4.4 Setting Cooking Functions

Your oven offers 12 cooking modes, including Defrost, Keep Warm, Bake, Broil Hi, Turbo, Convection Roast, Convection Bake, Convection Broil Hi, Convection Warm, Grill, Rotisserie Broil Hi, and Light.

  1. Press the left or right arrow buttons (< or >) to select the desired cooking function.
  2. Press the 'Cook Time End Time' button to set the cooking time. Use '+' or '-' to adjust.
  3. Press 'Start' to begin cooking.

4.5 Child Lock

To prevent accidental operation, especially by children, use the child lock feature.

  • To Lock: Press and hold the 'Start' button for 3 seconds. A lock icon will appear on the display.
  • To Unlock: Press and hold the 'Start' button for 3 seconds again. The lock icon will disappear.

4.6 Silent Mode

Activate silent mode to disable all beeping sounds, useful for quiet environments. Note that in silent mode, there will be no beep when cooking is finished.

  • To Activate/Deactivate: Press and hold both the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously.

4.7 Changing Temperature Units (°F/°C)

You can switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) for temperature display.

  • To Change: When setting the temperature, press and hold both the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously.

4.8 Convection Cooking
