Important Safety Information

• Do not immerse the unit in water.

• When using the wine/cocktail preset, premixed drinks should have 2.8%-16% alcohol content.
• Insufficient sugar will block proper freezing. Sugar-free recipes will not slush properly on their own; add recommended sugar substitutes.

Setup

Before using your WIE Slushie Machine for the first time, please follow these steps:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the unit for any damage.
2. Positioning: Place the unit on a stable, level surface. Ensure it remains upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in.
3. Clean Components: Wash all removable components (vessel, lid, stirrer, drip tray) with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
4. Assemble: Reassemble the stirrer inside the vessel, then attach the vessel to the main unit. Ensure the drip tray is correctly positioned.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The unit will beep and indicator lights will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

Making your favorite frozen drinks is simple with the WIE Slushie Machine:

1. Add Liquid: Pour your desired beverage into the vessel. Ensure the liquid level is between the MIN FILL (16oz) and MAX FILL (68oz) lines.
2. Select Program: Press the Preset Menu button to cycle through the 5 available programs (Slush, Frappe, Milkshake, Spiked Slush, Frozen Juice). The unit will start at the default optimal temperature for ideal texture.
3. Adjust Thickness (Optional): Use the Thickness Setting button to fine-tune the consistency of your drink.
4. Start: Press the Start/Stop button to begin the freezing and blending process.
5. Dispense: Once done, the unit will prompt with beeps. Pull the handle on the dispenser to serve.

Important Usage Tips:

• All beverages/liquids added should have a sugar content of at least 5%.
• For wine/cocktail presets, ensure alcohol content is between 2.8% and 16%.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene.

Self-Cleaning Mode:

1. After each use, remove any remaining liquid from the vessel.
2. Add clean water to the vessel.
3. Press and hold the Preset Menu button for 3 seconds to activate the auto-clean function. All indicator lights will flash during the 5-minute cycle.
4. Once the cycle is complete, dispense the water and wipe the vessel dry.

Detachable Parts:

All removable components are dishwasher-safe for thorough cleaning.
