4. Setup & Assembly

3. Attach Front Fork:
   • Slide the front fork tubes into the triple clamps on the bike's head tube.
   • Ensure the forks are aligned and at an equal height.
   • Tighten the bolts on the triple clamps to secure the front fork.
4. Install Front Wheel:
   • Insert the front wheel axle through the fork dropouts and the wheel hub.
   • Ensure the brake rotor aligns correctly with the brake caliper.
   • Secure the axle with the nuts, tightening them firmly.
5. Connect Front Brake Caliper:
   • Attach the front brake caliper to the designated mounting points on the front fork.
   • Ensure the brake pads are correctly positioned around the brake rotor.
   • Tighten the caliper mounting bolts.
6. Attach Front Fender and Number Plate:
   • Mount the front fender to the front fork using the provided screws.
