4.5 Torque Application and Alert System

When applying torque:

  • The digital LCD screen displays real-time torque values.
  • As the applied torque approaches the target value, the device provides visual and auditory feedback:
    • At 80% of target: LED lights flash, and a distinct beeping sound begins.
    • At 90% of target: LED lights flash faster, and the beeping sound becomes more rapid.
    • At 100% of target: LED lights remain solid, and the beeping sound becomes continuous, indicating the target torque has been reached. This helps prevent over-tightening.

4.6 Memory Management

The device can store up to 500 torque values:

  • Store Data: During operation, short-press the 'M' button to instantly store the current torque data.
  • Memory Management: Long-press the 'M' button to enter memory management. Use 'U' to select "Delete All" or "Delete Single", then confirm with 'M'.
