Assembly of the Furniouse 9-Drawer Dresser requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in your product packaging. A general overview of the assembly process is as follows:

  1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface. Match each part to the corresponding label in the instruction manual.
  2. Assemble the Frame: Begin by constructing the main frame of the dresser, attaching side panels, bottom panel, and back panel according to the diagrams.
  3. Install Drawer Glides: Secure the drawer glides to the inside of the dresser frame using the provided screws. Ensure they are level and properly aligned.
  4. Assemble Drawers: Construct each of the nine drawers by attaching the front, back, and side panels, then inserting the bottom panel. Attach the corresponding drawer glides to the sides of each drawer.
  5. Insert Drawers: Carefully slide each assembled drawer into its designated slot in the dresser frame.
  6. Attach Anti-Tip Kit: For safety, attach the anti-tip hardware to the back of the dresser and secure it to a wall stud. This prevents accidental tipping.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Drawers

  • To open a drawer, gently pull the top edge of the drawer front. The smooth ball-bearing slides ensure quiet and effortless operation.
  • To close a drawer, push it firmly until it is fully seated within the dresser frame.
  • Avoid forcing drawers open or closed, as this can damage the glides.
  • Distribute items evenly within each drawer to prevent strain on the drawer bottom and glides.

  • Regular Dusting: Dust the dresser regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent buildup.
  • Cleaning Spills: Immediately wipe any spills with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading or discoloration.
